Producer groups

This group in Hosadoddi village, KodihalliHobli having 7 women membersstarted on 20-1 2014, is a second group producing vegetable seedlings catering to local farmers. This group was also started with similar initial funding of about Rs 52500, GF has providing 35000 Rs for construction of the green house, and members contributingRs 17500 (mainly for buying basic input materials). The small green house has a capacity of raising 12500 saplings in about 40 days. The group has so far sold saplings worth 70000 Rs, mainly, Brinjal, Tomato, Chillis verities.
